Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Aviso, you are responsible for engaging with customers to enable them to fully utilize Aviso’s application. Responsibilities:

  • Own the ultimate success of Aviso's customers post implementation
  • Provide insights and guidance to customers that empower them to fully leverage the Aviso application
  • Create a knowledge center for best practices, tips on how to use product, and sharing across Aviso’s customers and end users
  • Train and educate our customers on Total Revenue Intelligence, and how to think about their revenue assets as a portfolio 
  • Drive a process for regular health checks and ongoing customer communication
  • Identify new opportunities for customer expansion

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success
  • Experience in complex customer environments at the executive-level
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and become knowledgeable about their business, key metrics, and data

Senior Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our customers to provide Aviso product expertise
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with customer's expectations
  • Lead the functional and technical delivery requirements; gather business inputs as to finance and sales operations processes
  • Understand and map customer’s data sources, including internal and external data from CRM, ERP and custom databases
  • Drive the end-to-end deployment, project management, and work with partners as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead business discussions with customers; gather requirements and architect the value of our solution and the best practices to implement it
  • Proven experience successfully managing software implementations and customer relationships at the business and technical level
  • Experience in CRM, ERP, or Business Intelligence
  • Can handle multiple projects and customers at the same time; including projects at different phases of the implementation lifecycle
  • Experience at Big 5 consulting firms or leading SaaS consultancy

As a Data Scientist at Aviso, you are responsible for working with product and engineering to develop machine learning algorithms and quantitative models for Aviso’s application. You are passionate about building state-of-the-art and advanced mathematical and statistical models that drive key revenue insights for customers. You are energized by the opportunity to create the market for a revolutionary new product, and grow into a more senior position based on your personal performance and Aviso’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop models and analyses to identify patterns and trends in enterprise data using Python
  • Research, evaluate, and implement statistical methods and machine learning to provide actionable insights to our enterprise customers
  • Analyze client data to discover insights to better calibrate the models

Requirements:

  • Master’s or PhD degree in a field that provides a strong quantitative background: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics
  • 3+ years experience in developing predictive models using advanced machine learning techniques
  • Advanced scientific programming skills in Python
  • Experience with at least one statistical analysis tool such as R, Stata, Weka, etc.

Front End Software Engineer

Senior Account Executive

As an account executive, you will be a critical part of Aviso’s sales and go to market strategy to create a world-class SaaS company. You will work with the team to develop a successful customer acquisition and retention plan to meet and exceed your target compensation. Responsibilities

  • Engage with targeted enterprise prospects to identify opportunities to improve revenue by positioning Aviso’s unique abilities
  • Evangelize the Aviso vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives
  • Communicating a value proposition to Fortune 2000 finance, sales and business operations executives by building trust and credibility in the capabilities of Aviso’s application 
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of Aviso’s application
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities, and achieve monthly and quarterly quota assignments
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and trends

Requirements

  • Seasoned enterprise software sales professional with at least seven years of successful sales experience
  • At least five years of sales experience selling software apps or SaaS
  • Experience selling BI, ERP, or financial planning/performance applications highly desirable
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles and demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
  • Positive attitude, customer focused mindset and a winning attitude
  • Consultative selling skills, and ability to understand and navigate complex political environments
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • A proven ability to effectively sell to C-level execs.
  • Track record of leveraging relationships in accounts to drive sales.
  • Over-quota, top ranked, President’s Club performance throughout career.
