Demand Generation Marketing LeadER
Location: Remote - Anywhere in the USA
Aviso is seeking an experienced and strategic Demand Generation Marketing Leader to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all demand generation initiatives. This role is critical in driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue for the company. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can define a comprehensive demand generation strategy with an opportunity to manage a team, and collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success and Adoption teams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet ambitious pipeline and revenue goals.
Define target audiences, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and buyer personas, and ensure all campaigns are tailored to their specific needs and journey stages.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to channels and campaigns with the highest ROI.
Campaign Management and Execution
Oversee all demand generation channels, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, content syndication, social media advertising, and webinars/events.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch, including messaging, creative, landing pages, and tracking.
Establish A/B testing frameworks and run experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality, lead flow, and follow-up processes are efficient and effective. This includes defining and refining the MQL/SQL criteria and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with the Content and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are fueled with high-impact, relevant content.
Measurement and Optimization
Define, track, and report on key demand generation metrics and KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CPL, pipeline contribution, ROI).
Utilize marketing automation systems to track campaign effectiveness and manage lead nurturing programs.
Present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise: Deep expertise in running complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
