Job Description
As the Sales Enablement Director at Aviso, you will be a strategic leader responsible for the design, development, and execution of world-class enablement programs for our Sales, Customer Success, and Adoption teams. Your mission is to elevate performance, drive efficiency across the entire customer lifecycle, and ensure our teams are equipped to articulate the undeniable value proposition of Aviso’s AI platform and drive customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Development: Design and manage the end-to-end enablement roadmap, including new hire onboarding, continuous training, and ongoing certification programs focused on Aviso's product, the competitive landscape, and advanced sales methodologies.
Curriculum Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of sales content, tools, and training materials (e.g., talk tracks, objection handling guides, competitive battle cards, value-driven presentation decks) for the sales organization teams.
Revenue Process Mastery: Partner with Leadership to instill a consistent and proven methodology across the sales organization, ensuring all customer-facing teams can effectively manage the entire customer lifecycle, from strategic consulting and sales engagement through adoption and customer value realization.
Executive Presence Training: Develop and deliver training to ensure customer-facing teams can confidently and effectively interact with senior executive contacts, including CROs, COOs, CEOs, CFOs, and CISOs, to analyze their pain points and articulate clear ROI and business value.
Performance & Coaching: Collaborate with sales managers to identify performance gaps, analyze sales forecasts, and implement targeted coaching initiatives to improve pipeline health and quota performance reliability.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a critical liaison between Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Solution Engineering teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and impactful messaging is delivered to the sales team and prospective clients.
This is the job for you if you have...
5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in a Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, or Leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or AI/Predictive Analytics company.
Deep passion for and expertise in GTM selling motions, driving multi-threaded approaches, and hunting for new business within large enterprise accounts.
Proven track record of designing enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity, quota attainment, and sales cycle efficiency.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship management skills.
The ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate Aviso’s platform features into clear, business-value-driven training and content.
