About the Role

The ideal candidates will be responsible for onboarding new customers on Aviso and supporting a set of live customers, while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities include

New customer onboardings:

  • Onboarding new customers on Aviso platform, with required configurations

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders during the onboarding journey, for discovery, solutioning, configuration/build, user acceptance testing and go-live

  • Engaging closely with development/infra teams on feasibility checks, design, testing and delivery of new features built on Python/MongoDB/ PostgresDB

  • Owning and delivering project deliverables like requirements / design document(s), test cases/scripts, training/enablement documents and configured systems in test / production environments

  • Providing superior customer experience with effective communication and timely deliveries of high quality deliverables

Supporting live customers:

  • Handling production issues as per priorities and defined SLAs

  • Owning first response to issues, investigation, fixes, coordination with relevant teams for timely resolutions, validations and issue closures

  • Conducting comprehensive root cause analyses (RCAs) by liaising with relevant teams and ensuring permanent fixes for recurring issues

  • Documenting troubleshooting processes for new incidents and enriching support knowledge base

  • Testing new product features and deploying them on live customers, in sync with product releases

  • Delivering superior customer experience by providing effective post production support

Key additional expectations

The candidate will be owning / handling multiple deployments / live customers simultaneously The candidate should be comfortable working with Senior executives and a mix of teams like process teams, technical teams of customers and Aviso.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Python programming

  • Strong understanding of logics and OOPS

  • Understanding of application architecture built on Python / MongoDB / Postgres DB

  • Moderate experience of Integration through API

  • Good understanding and through with Apex classes, trigger, maps , data loader , JS and hands-on.

  • Problem solving skills

  • Worked on at least 10 + projects

Additional Skills: Huge plus

  • Salesforce Sales cloud implementation experience

  • Data migration capabilities (Data loader, Workbench, Import Wizard, Auto rabbit)

  • Project Management capabilities

Additional Skills: Huge plus

  • Bachelor's or higher Degree

  • Experience of ~2-4 years in Python is a must

  • Exposure to CRM / SFDC Sales cloud implementations will be an added advantage.

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
