Aviso AI Product Updates - April 2023

by Avinash Kothakota

It’s been a busy couple of months at Aviso. We’ve had energizing product brainstorming sessions with our CEO in team offsites around the world on how Aviso can help revenue teams make the most of the current market environment. This update will cover innovative features we’ve just launched to bring the best of AI to help you win, from a Spotify-like playlist for sales meeting insights to pre-meeting ‘nudges’ to a remodeled interface for buyer insights.

CI Playlist - Your Spotify Playlist for Sales Conversations

What is it?

Aviso’s CI Playlist is a list of curated call recordings that users can access from our Collaboration Workspace, which acts much like your Spotify or Apple Music playlist. Users can add snippets of call recordings to a new or an existing playlist. They can edit the CI Playlist and share it with their colleagues in a deal cycle or across the team.

How does it help?

Sales managers can now organize all their most important sales conversations in a CI playlist and access them easily from one place. They can safely share the best practices among the new or underperforming reps to coach them toward nailing perfect sales pitches. Managers can control the access of these links and link validity duration to keep customer data safe. In one-on-one discussions with reps, managers can review pitch patterns and communication trends using the CI playlist to build personalized action items for improvement.

Buyer Insights - Know what they are saying and NOT saying

What is it?

Aviso CI’s new and improved Meeting Summary includes (a) an Executive Summary, (b) Conversation Starters, (c) Areas of Interest, and (d) Areas of Concern - all the elements users need to analyze a virtual or an offline meeting. Conversation Starters captures the initial warm-up discussion among participants. Areas of Interest and Areas of Concern give all the details on what’s getting the buyers interested and what’s concerning them.

How does it help?

Sales managers spend a lot of time going through rep calls to understand what really happened in the call. This is a sub-optimal way of doing things that is neither scalable nor foolproof. An automated executive call summary highlighting the buyer intent, both positive and negative, can help them to stay on top of every meeting.

With Aviso’s Conversation summary report, managers can get right into action mode by planning and guiding the next steps for their reps. Conversation starters can give them a good picture of how the reps are opening the conversations and help them plan more compelling opening lines. Managers can get deeper insights into buyers’ Areas of Interest & Concerns and customize sales pitches for them in subsequent meetings. All these features significantly save time for the managers and help them execute sales plans to exceed their targets.

[Mobile] Pre-Meeting Nudges - Ace Every Meeting

What is it?

Aviso’s Pre-Meeting nudges are alerts pushed to users’ mobile notification center in the Aviso mobile app. It contains the highlights of upcoming meetings. Double-clicking on nudges takes users to the deal card of a particular meeting, where they can access the deal details, insights, and recent activities associated with that deal.

How does it help?

Preparing for meetings with laptops is challenging for someone who is always on the go. Other problems, such as low or dead battery or laptop overheating, make preparing for meetings on the road much more challenging. This results in sales reps looking unprepared for the meetings, significantly affecting their win rates.

Aviso’s Pre-Meeting nudges give sales reps a bird's-eye view of deal details to get in the zone for every meeting. They can also deep dive into the details by looking at Aviso’s WinScore explanation of any deal to understand what’s driving the deal. They can look at AI insights and recent activities to plan a compelling talk track and be prepared for meetings.

[Mobile] Integrated Inbox - Email Without Switching Apps

What is it?

Aviso’s integrated inbox helps users send emails from within the app itself. Aviso ensures the highest level of data safety and security. Users can log emails to the CRM and update details to the log.

How does it help?

More often than not, sales reps have to send instant responses by email to their prospects. They have to switch between their inbox, CRM, and revenue apps to write an email to their prospects. Things might get lost in between, impacting the email quality, not to mention the productivity drop in the rep.

Aviso’s Mailbox makes sending emails seamless through native integration with CRM. Users no longer need to log into the CRM to log email activity. They can just do it right from the Aviso app itself. They can also set up follow-up reminders and prioritize tasks while logging the email, enabling them to be on top of their job.

[Mobile] Notification Center - Get 360° Awareness of Your Deals

What is it?

Aviso’s Notification Center shows all user notifications in one place in the order of recency. Users can dismiss notifications by right-swiping the notification and selecting the dismiss option. From there, they also get an option to go to settings, where they can customize the Notification Center by choosing the type of notifications they’d like to receive on their mobile.

How does it help?

Sales reps can now keep a pulse across all their deals and account portfolios with Aviso’s Notification Center. They can get a true sense of all the critical deal updates and meetings. This helps the reps to act on the right tasks at the right time before it’s too late. Notification Center enables the reps to customize notifications to suit their needs to get updates on what they want. This way, there is no spam enabling them to organize their activities efficiently.

Waterfall Chart - Have A Clear Picture Of Your Bridge To Quota

What is it?

Aviso’s Bridge To Quota Waterfall Chart visually represents the contributions of all the forecast categories toward achieving revenue goals. Users can access this chart from the Forecasts section in the top or left navigation pane and then switch to chart mode in the Forecasts tab. The chart has a baseline representing the Quota target, various bars representing different forecast category values, and how they add up to bridge the gap to quota.

How does it help?

We have designed Aviso’s Waterfall Charts to enable Sales leaders to understand their gap to goal clearly. It also helps them to understand each forecast category’s impact on quota attainment. They can then streamline their efforts into deals that matter the most for their goal achievement. Sales teams can now skip manual efforts to track the bridge to quota and instead focus on achieving goals.

Slack Notifications - Access Meeting Summaries and Next Steps From Your Slack

What is it?

Aviso’s latest integration with Slack ensures sales reps can now access AI-based conversation insights, including Meeting Summary and the Next steps on their pre-configured Slack channels.

How does it help?

Slack is one of the leading communication modes for businesses. With post-meeting notifications on Slack channels, sales reps no longer need to log in to Aviso to access Meeting Summaries and Next Steps. They can access them anytime, anywhere, right from their Slack channels, saving them time and effort. This can help in increasing rep productivity as they can make decisions on the fly as soon as they get the notification.
