Gartner’s latest report and complimentary webinar “How B2B Sellers Can Use Generative AI to Grow Revenue,” by Doug Bushee and Dan Gottlieb, examined the impact of Generative AI on the sales stack landscape. Two areas top of mind for business leaders were decreasing ramp time for new reps, and improving productivity while in the field. According to Gartner, sellers spend more than 52 percent of their time developing value messaging, while 49 percent of them feel overwhelmed with too many tools to do their job. The end result is less than 40 percent of sales leaders being satisfied with their sales technology stack.
