Welcome to Aviso's Fall 2023 product release, where we're dedicated to enhancing revenue execution. Our latest upgrade improves communication, furthers productivity, and provides data-driven insights. This release features a smarter email assistant, improved executive engagement metrics on the Leaderboard, self-service deal-level columns, real-time opportunity tracking, enhanced meeting summaries, and better email topic filters to elevate your capabilities for better revenue success.

1. Craft Persuasive Emails with GenAI Email Assistant

What is it, and how does it help?
Aviso’s email assistant has become smarter by adding a GenAI layer. Users can now instruct the email assistant to compose compelling emails based on insights gathered during meetings by Aviso’s Conversational Intelligence module. Choose email topics from AI-suggested prompts or provide a custom prompt for the email assistant to draft an email. Aviso's GenAI-powered email assistant streamlines communication, enabling sales reps to create data-driven, persuasive emails with pre-captured meeting insights quickly. Customizable messages save time, reducing administrative tasks and allowing a sharper focus on building relationships and increasing conversion rates.

2. New Executive Engagement Metrics on Rep Leaderboard

What is it, and how does it help?
The Leaderboard now includes a new Executive Engagement metric to track reps' effectiveness in email interactions. The Executive Engagement metric provides insights into the percentage of deals the executive/rep has been involved in (inbound/outbound) in the last 30 days . These deals are categorized as best-case and commit categories. The Executive Engagement metric on the Leaderboard equips sales leaders with data-driven decision-making, improved focus on deals, accountability, targeted coaching, optimized resource allocation, and enhanced sales effectiveness. This fosters a more efficient and competitive sales environment, improving win rates and revenue growth.

3. Self-Create Columns to Track Deal-Level Information on Deals Grid

What is it, and how does it help?
Aviso administrators can now add or remove fields on the Deals Grid to display CRM deal data that is relevant and necessary for the sales teams. This reduces the need to rely on the IT team or developers to configure the representation of deal data overview and enhances productivity by eliminating the hassle of navigating through multiple columns to find desired deal insights and information.

Where to find it
Log in as Admin > Aviso Landing Page > Admin > Click on Hamburger Icon > Click on Deals Grid under Config Tools > Edit/Add New Field.


4. Get a Real-Time Roadmap of Every Opportunity

What is it, and how does it help?
Recommended Actions (RA) serves as a real-time strategic advisor for sales reps by offering data-backed guidance through meticulous analysis of your sales pipeline using advanced algorithms and historical data. RA empowers sales reps with efficient, consistent, and well-timed actions to nurture contacts and drive conversions, revolutionizing your sales operations.

Where to find it
Recommended Actions can be accessed in two ways - 

  1. Deals > Deals Grid > Scroll to the Recommendations Actions column.
  2. Deals Grid > Click on Desired Deal > To-Do’s > Recommendations Actions.


5. Review Customer Conversations With Enhanced Meeting Summary

What is it, and how does it help?
Aviso's Enhanced Meeting Summaries provide a comprehensive representation of buyer interactions, including call introductions, solution presentations, key features, and buyer reactions. This aids in follow-up communication and presentation improvement. The summaries offer insights into buyer needs and questions, serving as a feedback mechanism for sales reps. They gauge buyer interest and sentiment, aiding in strategic planning and providing a clear direction for future interactions. Additionally, they survey the competitive landscape, differentiating the proposed solution from competitors. Financial aspects and next steps are clarified, and the summaries conclude with closing remarks and the flexibility to include additional relevant information. These summaries benefit sales professionals by enhancing communication, follow-ups, and decision-making.

6. Review Customer Conversations With Enhanced Meeting Summary

What is it, and how does it help?
Thanks to the updated and extensive topic model in Aviso, users can now categorize emails based on keywords in the email body. Sales reps can efficiently manage email correspondence by prioritizing emails with relevant keywords, enhancing productivity. For sales leaders, it offers insights into email interactions within the team, enabling data-driven decisions to improve team performance and communication strategies.

Deals > Deal Grid > Select desired deal > Relationships > Select the contact whose engagement you want to track > Emails > Topics.
