This is not about adding another layer of technology. It is about fundamentally reshaping how revenue work gets done.

2025 was a defining year for Aviso. It was a year in which AI transitioned from experimentation to real impact, and revenue teams across industries began adopting Agentic AI as a core part of their daily operations. 

At Aviso, we focused on one mission: to give every seller, manager, and leader a clear, intelligent, and unified way to work. From launching Halo as the first true AI Single Pane of Glass for Revenue, to expanding our network of autonomous agents, to strengthening partnerships and earning global recognition, this year marked a major step forward in shaping the AI-native future of go-to-market. 

We also deepened our connection with customers, learned from industry leaders at global events, and scaled our team with remarkable talent. This roundup captures the highlights of a groundbreaking year and sets the stage for what's to come.

A Defining Year for Enterprise GTM Tech Stack Consolidation

2025 marked a strong year of enterprise customer wins for Aviso, including Lenovo, NetApp, BMC, Druva, LexisNexis, Dataminr, LogicMonitor, and Nutanix. These organizations chose Aviso because we helped them replace multiple point solutions with a single, unified Agentic AI platform, reducing GTM tech stack complexity and delivering up to 50% cost savings.

Beyond cost efficiency, consolidation brought clarity. By unifying forecasting, engagement, pipeline, and intelligence into one system, teams eliminated tool sprawl, reduced friction, and improved execution speed. What once required multiple disconnected tools could now be managed through one intelligent layer.

This shift reflects a broader industry trend. Enterprise GTM teams are moving away from fragmented stacks toward unified revenue platforms that combine intelligence and action. Aviso is at the center of this transition, helping organizations simplify their GTM architecture and operate with greater focus, efficiency, and confidence.

This year, we also expanded our ecosystem through meaningful partnerships.

  • Zoom App Marketplace Integration launched, giving sales teams AI insights and meeting summarization directly inside Zoom. This helps teams review conversations faster and uncover buyer signals more clearly.

  • Consalia Partnership combined Aviso’s Agentic AI platform with Consalia’s human-centered sales mindset frameworks to help organizations adopt AI in ways that genuinely improve how teams work, sell, and perform.

Aviso received the Premio Internacional Al Mejor Modelo de Negocio, where a panel of enterprise leaders awarded us a perfect score for innovation, strategy, and digital transformation. This accolade reinforces our leadership in Agentic AI and revenue technology on the global stage.

Dreamforce 2025, San Francisco

Dreamforce marked another major milestone for Aviso. This year’s theme across conversations was simplicity and meaningful impact. Halo drew strong attention because it turns context from every app into intelligent action across forecasting, deal execution, and conversations—without needing to switch between multiple apps.

Visitors also interacted with our AI Avatars in immersive formats through Vision Pro, Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses, and 3D holograms.We also co-hosted the Salesforce Alumni Reunion with Elay Cohen, CEO of SalesHood, and Drew Sechrist, Co-Founder and CEO of Connect The Dots, bringing together leaders who have shaped the Salesforce ecosystem.

Global Sales Transformation XX, London

Aviso partnered with Consalia for the 20th Global Sales Transformation conference at the London Stock Exchange, where the central question was whether a Single Pane of Glass for Revenue is finally possible. Our CPO, Ofer Zilberman, joined Fiona O'Brien from Lenovo for a panel discussion on Lenovo’s real-world journey of transforming revenue execution with Aviso’s AI. Lenovo leveraged Aviso's unique capabilities to streamline sales processes, improve alignment with corporate objectives, and simplify a fragmented GTM stack. Rather than adding another point solution, Lenovo chose Aviso as a long-term partner to consolidate their revenue operations, replacing multiple tools and scaling from an initial proof of concept to a company-wide deployment.

2025 was the strongest product innovation year in Aviso’s history. We introduced new AI systems, new agentic capabilities, and new ways for revenue teams to work. Agentic AI Framework: A Complete Workforce of Revenue Agents

This year, we expanded our Agentic AI Framework and delivered an orchestrated network of role-specific agents that support every step of the revenue motion. These agents work together with autonomy, context, and enterprise-grade trust.

Out-of-the-Box Agentic Workflows and AI Cadences

We introduced more than 30 persona-specific workflows designed for every GTM role from BDRs to CROs. These workflows automate daily tasks, improve execution, and remove repetitive admin work. AI Cadences give teams a structured 13-week execution loop, replacing ad-hoc check-ins with continuous alignment, early risk alerts, and automated next-step guidance.

Task-Based Agents

We expanded to more than 50 task-based agents that handle key GTM activities. These include ICP matching, champion identification, churn prediction, earnings call analysis, and more. These agents run inside a secure and compliant framework suitable for enterprise scale.

We also redefined Customer Success Intelligence, a new AI-powered solution designed to help businesses reduce churn, drive expansion, and grow Net Revenue Retention. The platform unifies customer data from siloed sources, turns data into AI-based account health scores, spots health trends to surface churn and expansion signals early, triggers tailored playbooks for every customer scenario, and automates routine tasks with a Virtual CSM. In addition, Aviso also introduced CSM Avatar, which helps customers navigate your solution ‘live’ with context-aware guidance.
